  • Trouble shooting Vizio SV472XVT power supply

Hey everyone. I need a little help on where to start on first trouble shooting this power supply. Any help would be much appreciated. The only thing I have found so far is thestand by voltage is 5v. Just found out that I have to use the neg leg of the filter cap to check the other voltage. I believe I have found the filter capacitor that I need to use but I'm not sure. I have included a photo of the power supply and the possible filter capacitor any help would be appreciated. I believe the filter cap that I need is in the 3rd photo. I remove the power supply board for better access thank you....
