JVC KW-NT700 service manual needed

It's in a reboot loop mode. It looks like an EEPROM problem to me.
It's run on Windows Automotive 5.0
Here is the motherboard: CPU SH-MobileR2 400MHz 720MIPS, SDRAM DDR2 256Mb, MLC NAND SSD - 8Gb (GLS85LP1008B)

Does anyone have experience in repairing JVC KW-NT300/500/700/800?
I need to enter in to service mode or test mode, but I don't know how. Please help....
