Was hoping to find out what the driver voltages should be before tearing into LED strips. The 1.23v seems very odd....

Sceptre x322bv No Backlight
I have a Sceptre x322bv with no backlight, trying to find the pinout on the LED supply cn5 red wires have 12v and blue wires have 1.23v Does anyone know what voltages I should be getting on this connector?... -
