Hello,
I have the same symptom: dead no 5v, both fuses ok.
The components mentioned above seems to be ok, but just in case i have replace IC500 with no success 5V is missing.
Any help?

Good morning everyone!
I have a Hitachi (Vestel) 32 inch tv, the client tried to make an update software and after this, the tv was dead.
Can anybody help me with a firmware for this motherboard?
I write a firmware for the same motherboard, but from another tv, and the image is upside down!
