Hi, I had the same issue with my AW15R2.
For me the powercable inside the computer had melted; and therefor could not provide the current needed.
Have you been using some form of QuickCharge that is enabled in the Bios?
I do not know any way to check this except for opening up the computer and looking at the powercable going to the motherboard.Leave a comment:

Sorry for bumping old post but; if you are still looking for it
I have another device with the same flashchip; working.
I believe you can just change the chips to my device and then take the data from it.
