I replaced both the mainboard and the power supply, in order to get the TV to work.

I was wrong--voltage of up to 2.7V DC on those pins. That voltage seems to fluctuate between below 2 volts and up to 2.7

No +12 or 24 volts when pins are jumpered... This is a used replacement bought off of Ebay....Leave a comment:

I am not understanding from the labeling which pins exactly should be shorted in order to turn the Power Supply on... Please excuse the novice question and thank you in advance!!
