My husband did say if something needed to be soldered that we will take it somewhere because he isn't confident that i can do it. I have watched my dad and brothers solder things that I think with instruction I can....

Re: Toshiba 49L621U
I put it back on the wall. I will see if my husband will help me take it back down when he gets out of work so I can get a better pic of the area you have the red box on.
Thank you for your help...

Toshiba 49L621U
Hi. I have a Toshiba 49L621U TV that isn't working. Originally the screen was black with audio and when I would unplug it and plug it back in, it would turn on and work fine for a few days. Now I can't do that. And I am not sure if my kids blindly pushed buttons and changed a setting but now I can't hear the audio anymore either.... When i shine a flashlight, only sometimes can I get a real faint image but not all the time..... The toshiba logo does come up when you first turn it on.
would this be worth trying to fix or cheaper to just buy a new one? I have had it just under a year...Last edited by kristapMA; 04-16-2018, 11:33 AM.
