Not Low ESR
I have used these to replace some badcaps that I had on a P4 motherboard and its been running for about 7 months with no problems.

I have found a place to get the CAPS needed for most motherboards. If you go to [url]www.mouser.com/nichicon[/url] here you can find the 6.3v 3300uf 10MM caps.
The part number for the 3300uf 6.3v is: 647-UVZ0J332MPD .72 each or .53 each in quantity of 10.
