I tried BIOS at post #132, it behaves the same way, turns on and off.
Until yesterday, long into the night, I was looking for a solution and I tried to remove 3 resistors:
R1106
R1108
R1109
Now the device turns on even with the old BIOS and works only on additional memory (don't recognize the RAM on board).
It passes the memory test properly and no longer freezes with BSOD.
I hope I helped someone if they have the same problem.

I tried both bios you sent, the laptop turns on and then turns off.
I put the old bios back on and it turns on.
But the problem is still the faulty RAM memory on board.Leave a comment:

I have Thinkpad T590, faulty RAM is on board.
How can disable onboard RAM.
I tray with BIOS, but after power on Bios is self healing recovery...
Is there way on board disable, schematics is in attachment.
