    My board uses BYC8X-600,127 as D860 (same specs - 600V, 8A), and STF15NM60N as Q853 (same specs)

    I have placed an order for the appropriate parts and will respond back when I receive and install them!

    Hi everyone! I'm also trying to fix a U2410.
    [LIST][*]No power when power button pressed[*]Opened case, inspected board. Found F850 (round black fuse next to IED socket) blown and open.[*]Replaced with identical fuse.[*]Unsurprisingly, popped again[*]Further inspection showed FR851 blown, and D860 blown[*]Sourced replacement for D860 (BYC8X-600)[/LIST]

    I can't for the life of me work out what FR851 is - fusible resistor? But what is the resistance? It is coded as 208, but the remaining two "good" ones in the circuit...

    Hi everyone! I'm a bit of a tinkerer, and I'm encouraged to join this forum to fix a Dell U2411 I picked up for free with a blown fuse - turns out (not a surprise) it was more than that!
