Update: I've changed all 220u and 100u capacitors on controller board. Situation is better (in some way). There is the same amount of dots when TV is turned on, but very soon, after one or two minutes there is about 50% less dots. I don't have idea where to find fault...

LG 32LC56 - white dots on screen
Hi to all!
I have LG TV 32LC56.
Problem is that TV shows white dots on screen, as you can see on pictures attached. Dots are always near the white areas of picture and are visible no matter of input signal (antenna or HDMI). When using TV as computer screen on FullHD resolution dots are exactly 1px wide.
I've changed all capacitors on power board but problem still persist. Any ideas?... -
