Toshiba 36ZP46P no blue colour
Hi
I have a Toshiba tv 36ZP46P the problem I have is the blue colour has gone, if I watch snooker the blue ball looks green and the picture looks yellow
other than that the picture is good (no spiking)
I had the Scan Converter Module replaced by Toshiba about 4 years ago free of charge (bottom half of picture was spiking from left to right )
anyone help would be much appreciated

Re: Samsung 215tw display cuts out
icdparts.net also wanted $15.99 to ship to UK, so it would of cost $28.98...

Re: Samsung 215tw display cuts out
Update
This monitor has been in bits for over 12 months, but now thanks to this forum my monitor is now working perfect again
The transformer I used was a T51.0007.212 which I got from http://www.aquaphoenix.com/application/sales/index.cgi?item=64 as it only cost $5.99 including first class post
I had to modify the legs but I had no problems
and I would like to say thanks for the great posts...

Re: Samsung 215tw display cuts out
Thank you retiredcaps good video
secondary resistances
0.83k ohm this is the one I think is faulty
0.87k ohm
0.88k ohm
0.90k ohm
0.92k ohm
0.89k ohm
I have swaped transformers on the board and still this one will not light a bulb...

Re: Samsung 215tw display cuts out
Thanks retiredcaps
I'm not sure how to check secondary resistance, I was just hoping to change faulty SPI 8TP0010 and get the last bulb working
Thanks...

Re: Samsung 215tw display cuts out
First id like to say hi to you all
I have the same problem as "almoodie" When I turn the monitor on the video displays for a couple of seconds, then the screen goes blank.
Power light glows continuously
all caps look ok, then I found one of the solder joints on the bulb has failed within the rubber sleeve .
I resoldered the bulb,
now when I power up I get 5 lamps working perfectly, did tube/transformer swaps and found it to be the transformer.
the problem now is I cant...
