I assumed "continuity" means it's not short. To measure resistance, I need to plug in the power, correct?...

If the connector is short, that means it'll show OL on the multimeter, correct? In this case, the power supply is not short. I've also checked all the "Q" 3 legged on the ss board and it's fine. I've also replace the sc board with a brand new board and it's still showing 6 blinks....

Here's the D16041, R16051, and Q16051 that I've tested for continuity and it seems to have no issues.
And here's the mounting holes that the grounding pads are stripped. How do I replace this pads on the trace and around the mounting holes?
