Check the charging port for correct voltage output. Usually a bad charging port leads to laptop not powering on.

I am looking for dump for the mentioned laptop. Bios available on the Alienware support site is a .exe file which the programmer is unable to read.Any help ? -

i need a working Bios dump for my Asus K55VD Rev 3.0 with Nvidia graphics. Does any of these bios files are good to flash ? My laptop is not working so i will be using an external programmer.
