Yes, PS ON is always "high" right after main power switch is ON.
BL-ON signal was intermittent associated in switching main power switch..
There are times, when main power switch turned-on, it has "high" signal, sometimes no signal....Leave a comment:

Yes, the TV is On but there's no display or indication that the system is completely boot-up.
24v/16/12v goes off because there's only main power switch option to turn on and off.
-Unfortunately no available remote control.
Sometimes after repeatedly toggle ON/OFF switch, just a dimmed backlight....Leave a comment:

Yes, relay clicked when main switch turned-on and has 24v, 16v,12v,etc... STB 2.5V but, touching power button, it didn't turn to 0v.Leave a comment:

Update.
Lift STB pin, voltage becomes 5v( 2.5v when connected.) and Standby LED remains On now(normal standby).

Hi!
I'm looking for manual of LCD42V88P board( RASG7.820.2240) and Power board is RASG&.820.1673.
Symptoms:
- When switched-on, power led turns red,after few seconds, it will blink 5 times then off.
- has complete supply voltage on power board socket XP803 and XP805, except STB pin=2.5vdc.
Any help will very much appreciated. -
