I dont think so, I tried several times.
What I did was flash the bios using the flash file from this thread

because I saw that we have thesame Mobo number the bios password Is gone but the pc is to slow to boot, and it hangs on windows usb boot.

Hi Peste, I tried the your file but still the same,
but now I noticed the difference with your file, the fan speed is now in high speed after 10 sec,
still I dont have hdd spin.
Im just wondering if what file did you posted, is it the EC or the main bios,
ive just compared the your file and my backup file and seems its the EC
(2mb EC 4mb main)

Hi masters,
I need help for the Neo Basic BD0QW-113 bios file,
if any one who has back up for this machine it will be very help full.
Ive checked every required voltage and its all present. the only thing came up to me now is maybe a currupted bios file.
the laptop turns on but no display and no hdd spin.
I backed up the data from the 2 chip and it is attached.
if someone can clean it, it will be amazing, thanks in advance masters.... -

I tried all the uploaded bios file in this forum but seems didnt work,
i tried another bios chip in 3.3v but still thesame.
I noticed when i check the bios voltage are fluctuating from 3.37-3.42v, is that normal?
