graphical chip is 216-0810028, but before you change it, i suggest trying just to reflow it, and see if there is picture, then you can try replacing it.
Other method you can use to test the video chip is measuring the resistance of the chip to gnd. if it is more than 5-10 ohm most likely is failing...
please leave feed back after you try some of the methods.
