Well thank you jjanssen7. After reading your thread, post 8 and below, i try the same steps. I have put scotch on pins 1-3 which from schematic of this board is GMA1, GMA3 and GMA4, I don't have any jumping or double image. Ofcourse some small horizontal lines across the screen and also brightness jump a bit every 3 sec, but right now TV is watchable. Don't know if trying to cover other pins can help or not, but will try.

  • LG42LA660S flickering every 3 sec

Hello guys. I have LG42LA660S model with EBT62596128 main board, EAX64905701 power supply board.
My TV does flick every 3 seconds with double image. Also 3 horizontal lines on top of the TV. Before double image start, bright gets a little low and start do double the image. I have searched on net, but my TV does not have T-con board, is already integrated on main board, as per schematic of main board.
I took it to one technician and he was sure that is LCD panel problem, but I am not convinced, because is happening every 3 sec.
When i disconnect one LVDS ribbon half of screen...
