Yes that's it my tv condition right now is exactly the same like the example on the link that you posted. it used to be that bright & contrast then it becomes dark & no contrast. i also have check all of my eco + power setting but all of them is already disabled...

Oh i see , actually i've been thinking about it couple times too and luckily there's a friend of mine that has a same tv as mine and i have an idea to swap my tv mainboard into his tv to make sure is it really the firmware. maybe tonight im gonna test it with my friend...Leave a comment:

No , i didn't change the service menu at all its out of the box setting

Good day everyone , i need some help with my samsung my tv picture suddenly went from a perfectly normal bright and contrast into a plain dark with no contrast at all right after my little niece accidentaly plug out the power cable the tv condition at that time is on the process of updating firmware. after i turn it back on the very first thing i notice right away is there's a difference on the smart tv logo that appear at the startup when the logo appear it's dark and after about 1 second it turns into a little bright before this happen the logo appear bright right at the start. all the other... -

The picture is normal its just that its not as bright as before , and there's one thing im curious about does software update can change the overall picture characteristic of a Tv? Thx...

Good day everyone , i need some help with my tv Here's the case my tv suddenly went a little bit dark than before right after i accidentaly update the software at first i suspect it was the update that causing this but after a friend of mine put my mainboard into his H6400 tv with the exact same picture setting as mine and surprisingly the screen are very much bright its not dark at all after that we wonder if its not the mainboard then which part that has a high possibility creating this issue
What do u guys think? is it the T-con , Psu , or Panel? Thx

The first noticeable issue is the change of the picture characteristic now the picture becomes more darker and dull than before its like it has lost a lot of contrast and brightness and also when watching a HD channel or movie from usb it doesn't feel like a 1080p HD but more like watching a 480p resolution noise and jagged everywhere. second issue is that the Tv wifi easily disconnected by itself randomly.
No matter how hard i tweak the picture setting it still can't go back like before it was...Leave a comment:

Oh i see. it was my little cousin that accidentally push the ok button when the update notification suddenly showed up , i've already turn off the auto update but sometimes it's still appear randomly. The previous firmware when the picture is still excellent is 2140 and the current firmware after update is 2180.

Hello Everyone , my 40 inch H6400 tv is accidentally updated to the newest firmware and right after that the picture of the tv has gone way way ugly than before since i can't find the earlier firmware file for my tv suddenly out of nowhere i have this idea. And my question is is it possible to swap the mainboard with a bigger inch size H6400? Thx for the help
