I don't have access to sharp dps-167cp-a schematic but C7818 has blown on my board and I can't tell what the values are on it. Can you help me with a part number?

HI, new to site. I am basic electronics skill. I heard a pop in the back of my sharp lc-60le650u tv last night. indicator light flashes 2 long 2 short which I think means 13V line on power supply bd and I have no picture. took off back of tv looking for bad cap or something obvious but everything "looks" ok. any ideas where to look or what to check....
