Thanks for your reply! I don’t have serial-SCART cable, only RCA-SCART and HDMI, so I linked my notebook with the TV using the HDMI and trying all modes, but as I expected, it was useless... And we get to the spi programmer. Which model should I buy? Link from eBay or Amazon UK will be much appreciated (PM please, if it is against the rules)! How this programmer works? And finally how can I get the mboot going? I’m asking all of this, because I don’t want to make another mistake. Best regards!

Toshiba LCD 24W1333G - most probably bricked
Hello! In short, the problem with the blinking red/green light occurred and based on my experience with my other Toshiba TV, I knew that firmware is the key. So I downloaded the last available version for the model and saved it along with the mboot.bin and usb_auto_update_A1.txt (with all 4 lines commented) files, that I found here, on FAT32 formatted USB drive and strictly followed the update instructions. Well, everything seemed to work, but when the TV didn't start after 10 minutes of updating, and continuing, I just unplugged the power cable.
