Ive checked the Vs and Va and all other voltages marked on the different boards and they all seem correct except the 3.25 volts I see at (5v_on) does anyone know why it drops for 5 volts to 3.25. There are two other pins on that plug marked 803 that say 5v and they both have 5v when i metered them ?...

Lg 50pg20ua plasma sound no picture
I think I've found one problem . not sure what is causing it. On power supply board (plug 803, pin 21 MARKED. M5v_on) I'm only getting 3.25 volts instead of 5 volts. The ysus and zsus are getting. 5 volts but don't get warm or sound like they are fired up. -
