Hi Budm, Thanks for the reply.
There are no parts that look to be visibly burned or damaged as far as I can see. There is also no prominent smell of burnt electronics.
There was one section on the PCB that looked possibly darkened from heat stress right between the Fuse that tested ok (F801) and the rectifier mounted to the Heatsink beside it. The rectifier looks to be ok, however I tested it in circuit.
Its been about 15 years since I did all this stuff in college haha. I'll look...
