if exist , found jumpers on motherboard and take out contact to the 3,3 v and 5v . If something have short circuit , after jumpers take out , u will have both voltage .also check all usb input , probably is broken inside and make short circuit inside connector , also check HDMI connector for same reasonLeave a comment:
