So we're talking LCD panel replacement I assume? Which is cost inefficient/more trouble than it's worth, yes?

From reading multiple threads, I believe my main issue is with the [URL="https://www.dropbox.com/s/3m5y6wiairpz2v3/IMG_0560.JPG?dl=0"]Tcon board[/URL]. Took some pics (posted) and a short [URL="https://www.dropbox.com/s/1eak0nltb7qeehp/IMG_0567.MOV?dl=0"]video[/URL]. Thoughts from the experts? Can't get a hard reset, unable to view options for the lines and flicker.

Upon probing, seems to get worse when tab from input board is touched. Bad solder? Tab appears to be seated completely. Can also see changes when tv is tapped/bumped/moved.

Hey guys. I'm John. First, a big thank you to all the tech gurus here! Got a free 42" Phillips Plasma by replacing a few 'BadCaps' and could not have done it without the knowledge I garnered here. So i'm already a winner by reading this Forum. Signing up today to be able to view photos on other threads (current project: Sharp Aquos with bars and lines). Hoping to troubleshoot this puppy for the bedroom. :-)
