thanks for the reply,do you think it could the processor over heating? as the tv can stay on for a few hours then clicks off

lg42le4500 screen issue
hi all i have an lg42le4500 tv will turn on and have picture and sound but sometimes picture goes black but still have sound.if i disconnect the tv from power source the longer i leave it the longer it stays on next time i turn it on, any help would be appreciated -
