I recently bought the darn thing from an acquaintance knowing that the TV was receiving no power. Quick trouble shooting found that there as multiple problems with the power supply. Easy enough fix.

Once i got the replacement parts in, like trends in other Vizio products, the amber light for standby was there. Once i pressed the power button the light would turn green ... ... and that is all. No other response what so ever.

I talked to the previous owner and asked about what may have happened to the TV before and he simply brought over the original main board. Neither...

Hey everyone I'm Z. i've got training in communications mostly. to be honest, i'm still a young guy. i usually feel like i know more than i can actually apply, and it drives me crazy. i'm up for some training in new fields and i'm looking for some new sources of information everywhere i can get it.
