already tried with that, but no help. There is not much talked about power board, more about SSB. Or its to complicate for me to understand that manual there is lot of talked about how to test if that ic that i changed is faulty, but that i already know that it is. Now i jut need to know where can be the reason why it wont start. If tv is plugged in, and i disconnect one ribbon cable where 12v and other useful things go through and i put it back, for few seconds, backlight turns on and then shuts off again.

I have problem with PHILIPS 42PFL8684H/12 tv. First it stoped working and red led started plinking two times over some time. When i opened tv then there was ic FDS6930B burned out, so i changed it with control ic NCP5422ADR2G for that ic. After change when i plugged my tv to wall, some electric sound started to come from power board. Something like wants to star up many tomes and then this ic burns out again, all the time in one place. i have done it 3 times now, no changes. Can it be that all SSB board is faulty and i need to change that? Cant find any more parts that is blown...
