Hello everyone!

I have an LG 60PZ750 with some sort of strange problem(s). It turns on OK, but the picture is dim and spotty; about 40% of the screen is black. Also, there's no audio. I can pull up menus and was able to scan for the local broadcast channels. Unplugging the main power cable to the ZSUS board has no effect on the picture or audio. Pressing the volume up/down buttons makes the blue LED flash at the power button, but there's no other effect. I can't see any volume level display on the screen, though it may be coming up in a section of the screen that is blacked out....
