My TV is an LG 60pv400-ub I got hit in a power surge a while back. All it does when I plug it in is click once and stays in standby mode. It doesn't click or even try to power up when I hit the power button.

I've done weeks worth of research on how to fix it and I think I've narrowed it down to the main board. Here is what I have tried so far.

I grabbed a voltage meter. I measured the volts going to the main board. They all checked out. I checked the fuses on the power supply. None of them are blown. I looked at all the caps on resisters throughout the boards and they...
