I am not as experienced as the majority of you guys, but I do have basic IT knowledge. I have never had any formal training, but I am a keen learner.

I have run (with some pro help) our families company IT for the last 10 years. In 2012 we installed a Dell SBS 2011 edition, which I am familiar with.

What I really lack, is understanding the language, jargon, if you spell it out to me in English, I will normally be able to decipher what you are talking about. As I said, no formal...
