good day to you all, I have dell latitude e6400 LA-3803P rev:2.0 that fell down and din't display when powered after the fall. After several attempts it displayed, it hanged while booting. I then off the laptop, it refuse to on again only flashing light. If I press the power botten keeps flashing light as restarting but the fan not rotating.
