Thank you! I will try that. I disconnected most of the connectors when I replaced the capacitors on the main board, though.

I have an LG LC550WUD which looks like it's an industrial open frame monitor. It just has VGA and DVI inputs, no tuner or HDMI.

The picture has a problem which is difficult to explain, it looks like it jumps or flickers. Here is a YouTube video showing it:

There are six PCBs behind the panel. I have changed all the electrolytic capacitors on the large main PCB, but that didn't make any difference. It looks like it would be very difficult to change the capacitors...
