Related to this repair, UU1, can one order a replacement online or does it have to be pulled from a donor board due to some firmware that's on the chip? -
Lenovo Yoga NM-D131 Not powering up
I have this board that won't power up. Isolated a short to UU1 which i replaced and the short is gone, but board isn't powering up still. All i'm getting is the power button light blinking quickly when i press on it. If i plug the battery and then connect the board to usb-c, the charging led starts blink as well. Plus, it never switches from 5v to 20v.
Questions: Does UU1 chip have to be from an identical board or can one purchased from online work as this is what i did.... -

What programmer would you suggest using as I think mine may not be compatible. It doesn't call out this particular chip but a W25Qxxx and not the W74Mxxx.Leave a comment:
