Schematic for m3-6y30 surface pro 4
I'm looking for s schematic and boardview for a surface pro 4 with a m3-6y30 CPU. I have searched and only found them for the core i7 models which are quite different. Any help is greatly appreciated. -

First thing Id do is to check it with a meter. It should act like a diode. Low resistance one way, high the other. If it acts good, then I wouldn't suspect it without further evidence. Does it have any markings at all on it? Like on the side we cant see?
