[SOLVED] Thank you all for all suggestions. This problem has been soved changing IC921: now those Qs do not blow.
But now I have still 6 blinks.. Checked Q441, Q451, plus all resistors and caps, plus all driver ICs...But I read zero volt across C916... Any ideas???

Thanks for suggestions. Res checked and all ok. I was thinking to remove IGBTs and check vemitter-collector voltage: do you think that it could damge something else?Leave a comment:

TNPA 5330 Q621, Q622, Q623 issue
Hallo all!
I have a problem with a tnpa5330: checked all, changed all blown Qs and Ds, but on power on still 6 blinks and Q621, Q622, Q623 blow up. Already blown 9 of them. Checked opto and driver IC and they seem ok. Q661 not shorted. I have finished my options...
Any Ideas??

Horizontal single line on a TX-P50GT30
I have just repaired a TXP50GT30 replacing the SC board, and tv lighted up again. But with a bad surprise: there's one horizontal line of pixels that randomly appears with an average of 66% of the total time, sometimes complete line, sometimes partially....
Could it be a SD board issue or more likely it is a panel problem?... -

A quick update: I've measured Vsus 214V, VAD 65V, Vscn -132V , all measures taken with tester on DCV and the negative probe on the panel metal surface.

I had tx-p50gt30 tv, with 6 blinks... Measured >200V on C631, then changed the two DG302 (Q441 Q442) and their drivers IC502 and 531. Then voltage across C631 dropped to zero.. Then changed other two DGs and drivers IC522 and 551..but nothing changes. All parts taken from a working SS board. Both 15V and 5V are there, and Vsus rises to 204V (that should be ok). After this, still 6 blinks!! After having checked all diodes and resistors of recovery section, I changed the IC16562 and the board started to work!!
But I had a bad surprise: now tv switches on, with green led steadly on, but... -

Dear all, my TX-P50UT30 randomly (sometimes after 15 min, sometimes after 90 min) gets black screen, no sound, and green led still on. OSD menus are ok...
