  • Re: Toshiba Satellite Pro R50-B-10E PSSG0E-00600QDU

    Thanks for the advice

That was actually the one I used before asking.

I redid the flash, clear the chip, and wrote it again, and its now back to the blinking lights

I am going back to the drawing board :p

    Thanks!

flashed it, but it behaves the same as the board mismatched one :/
powers on with a white light

there is a signal going from the hdmi output, as it sees there is a device connected

    But it does not post

3.3v/5v/19v is present, cpu gets only warm
hard drive goes on, fan doesnt spin

with my original bios I had flashing lights:
    white 1/2xorange/2x white, etc. etc.

  • Toshiba Satellite Pro R50-B-10E PSSG0E-00600QDU

    Hi all,

I am searching for the latest bios file for the:
    Toshiba Satellite Pro R50-B-10E PSSG0E-00600QDU

Its giving me flashing lights, and no screen

I tried a different bios file, that I found on this forum, but it was a boards mismatch :/

The problem I am facing is that I am unable to get the bios file out of the .ee file from Toshiba

    Does anyone know to?
this is the direct link to the latest bios version:

  • Re: Need help finding LED backlight fuse [PICS]

    Hi all,

Bit new too this forum. but I have a problem I can't solve.

I have this asus x54H laptop.

    Backlight problem..
There was one fuse, that was broken, bypassed it, but still no backlight on the screen.
I tried it with the old screen, and a replacement screen(different ones, but should be compatible.

I am reading a bit about the pins, and the connection of the 40-pin connector.
There is also no power on pin 40, does there need too be power on that pin?
