Check the memory. I had same issue - bad memory. I put other module and it worked.

I have also dead MS-14921 ver 2.0 board. It seems that it burned some caps and maybe other devices.
Any one have any idea where to get a schematics for it? I've been searching for about two weeks with no luck. Even paid web pages do not have this schematics.
Any ideas please?

I'm Bartek. I'm 36 yo. I'm trying to learn fixing laptops.
I have first success - I've fixed Sony Vaio Z with no back-light without schematics.
And now I'm working on MSI MS-14921 ver 2.0. Currently looking for some schematics because failure seems to be severe.
