Hi got exactly two same motherboards with this issue one had short on 3v ldo and 3vs line after replacing kbc edp mux and usb c pd controler board start but shuts off after 20-30sec , second same board cpu was dead ( No cristal oscilation) replaced cpu and same story laptop starts shows pictures can enter bios but again shutdown after about 30sec....
Did you menage to sort this out?

Hi after removing uh7 still no voltage on pin 1 or pin 2(pch_pltrst#) on this board its rd31 i believe you asking for ddr4_dramrst# and h_dramrst# when i power up the board voltage jums for 0.5 sec to 50mili volts than down to zero...Leave a comment:

Pin 4 PCH_PLTRST#ec -0v
Im little confused why pin 1 and 2 got same name but are not connected (diode mode)

hi laptop not working
When motherboard powered on it takes 0.25 amp for about 3 sec then goes back to 0.001
When at 0.25 amp
3.3v ok
5v ok
1.2v ram ok
1.0v pch ok
0.9v cpu vccio ok
1.0v cpu sa ok
1.3v gpu ddr ok
No voltage on pl 1200,pl 1201.1202(cpu vcc core)
No short detected anywhere
Problem appears to be in isl95829a
No pwm vcore1a,1b,1c
And fccm core only 2v... -
