Because there is a two relays on pboard 5v trigger them i`ve decided to check them, both was fine when powered with 5v and now when i turn on tv it goes stady green than green start flashes quickly and goes to 10 red blinks
for few moments there are 24 and 12 on board so i can assume pboard is fine and there is a problem on main.
Just reheated cpu to see if this will make any changes.

CPU heating gives nothing red light flash 10 times

TV blinks 7 times
aboard - TNP8EA106
PBoard - TNP8EP103
replaced A6059H (IC802) on PBOARD and also new flashed nand +eeproms on ABOARD
NAND=IC8921 - H27U1G8F2BTR
IC1101-24C16
IC8950-24C32
tv still flashes there is only 5v on pboard
maybe someone got experience with similar problem

i found few LED tv with broken screen, you can get them for free or for some funny price.
Rip them off and keep stripes for spares LEDs, i`ve done that and i`ve never need to buy new leds yet.Leave a comment:

dick_barton i receiving data from tv this is not issue with non working rs232.
as i mentioned several posts ago,
data that i receiving are not readable

Anyway i found that for this board 17mb97 RX are pin 10 and TX - 12
i need also to connect gnd to pin 14
i`ve got some strange output:

tom66 looks like bad panel, tried disconect ribbon conections and there is nothing on screen, looks like dead.

Yes
and fuse are ok too, no shorts on ceramic caps
Big IC on t-con also getting to be warm when tv is on
Possibly firmware fault but i still i can change source (blindly) and there is sound in speakers.

I saw similar issue in sony TV, ive got few lines and points like dead pixels but they are coloured, not just black. In my case that was screen issue. Seems like you`ve got same problemLeave a comment:

Norman1 sorry if you take my answer as an attack, but if you are in business, than you need to know that multimeter is your friend, you have provided nothing about your tv... only serial number. So you expect that i`ll find psu, main model etc in google?

Wow. you think this is simple repair and you do this with screwdriver? The answer is no.

Bad capacitors, dry solder joints, broken led controller, burned led in backlight stripes.

I`ve tried to change T-Con but same issue
Voltages on main and Psu are present there is also 12v on fuse on tcon
any ideas?
