Samsung refers to this as a "diagnostic" mode,but would not provide an exit procedure....

Samsung monitor stuck with test screen display
There are at least 3 users on here that have reported this condition. Horizontal color bars followed by gray white and black screens in a repeating mode.Pushing buttons does not fix this, nor does connecting video sources. Someone must know the solution. All reports were different models of Samsung displays. -
