The "PS-ON" shows 3V when the power switch is activated and it shows 3V when not activated....Leave a comment:

I was confused as to why I keep getting different readings so I had a friend come over (he has a little more experience with electronics than I do) and he tested it for me as well.
He found the same results as I, all 12 Volt terminals show 10 volts and all 5 volt terminals are showing 3 volts.
He was never able to get it to show anything else, we have tried 3 different meters and they are all showing the same thing.

After checking it again, several times the original readings are correct. All 12 volt terminals show 10 volts and all 5 volt terminals are showing 3 volts. I'm not sure why it keeps giving me different readings but several tests are showing the readings I just mentioned.Leave a comment:

I am assuming the discerpency in voltage is on the meter not the television since it is showing 2v low for everything I have tested with it.
Does the mean the main board need replacing?Leave a comment:
