Got macbook 820-00840. No voltage whatsoever. Ampmeter doesn't turn on. Pointers on where to start troubleshooting ? -

2014 A1398 Need BIOS with ME help
Hello. I have 2014 A1398 2.2/16. Original BIOS destroyed by liquid. Tried cleaning ME region of replacement and tried EFI found here and simply cannot get ME to restore.
ASD keeps failing for ME not found. Cannot boot, stuck on full load bar and logo in best scenario. Help pls ?
