It does it on all inputs. Really it's just the main image and a ghost of it rolling. That is why I was thinking it may be a power supply issue.Leave a comment:

Sony KDL-32L4000 LCD issues
I am having an issue with this LCD TV. The picture is rolling like there is no horizontal hold. I have reflowed the T-Con and the tuner board with no success. I am thinking of replacing all the power supply caps next. Any idea what may be causing this and the best way to fix it? Thanks in advance.
