Hi,
I am newbie here, but i hae problem with Gigabyte (soc.1156) GA-H57M-USB3, this MOBO dont working (changing 3 other PSU) and nothing, no starting, no cooler push, nothing. When i short PSON+COM (on 24pin ATX power) all coolers working, but only black screen and no bleeping sound... (RAM and CPU and CPU socket pins are OK). I do not see any problem anywhere, MOSFETs are nowhere short-circuited, Capacitors are also visually ok (no blow).

ATX 24pin is not in short with GND:
+3,3V - 0,6 kOhm
+5V - 20,8 kOhm
+5V SB - 1,6 kOhm
+12V DC - 1,0 kOhm...
