I tested each battery and there is no problem...

Checked and there is no problem with fuses or battery packs. Also i measured voltage on the rear side of ups, the voltage is 111V....Leave a comment:

UPS Powerware 9120 3000i Battery Disconected Error
Hello everyone!
After the air blowing(cleaning), UPS reports an error "battery disconected" error. Cold start is not possible, ups tries to start but it fails. I measured the battery voltage and the voltage is about 110v. When plugged in mains, during powering up the display show's the message "battery disconected". What could be the cause of the problem?
