I had same problem, during cold morning i must sometime few times turn of and on againt to correct initialize ... so probably i have same issue
...

it looks like power supply running, i can hear some little noise from 1203P60
i can measure voltages on CN701 connector ...
grey 3,24V
purple 3,2V
blue 0
green 23,17V
yellow 23,17V
orange 0
red 23,17V
brown 0,712V
NC
black 3,24V
problem was in R613 . I damaged it when i solder it .. infinite R measured
i can turn it on, and i can see low backlight but not menu etc ... so i probably fixed my power supply to state like before my mistake...Last edited by locki; 06-21-2017, 02:09 PM.Leave a comment:

D601 is damaged.. in one direction from +- measured 2200 ohms oposite -+4770 ohm... i will replace it .. it should be LL4148 types in schematic for Dell_2407_WFP_power_supply_Rev_A11_schematic_diagram.pdf then i try measure and tshoote more

physically looked ok, also measured them and If i remember everywhere was voltage drop around 0,45-0,55V (just multimeter test) on them but i will check it when it is powered on and also zener diode voltageLeave a comment:

this is from power board to another board CN701 connector but i am not sure where i should get ground
red 5,5 - 6,5V
yellow 5,5 - 6,5V

forgot mention I also changed IC701 to TL431I and IC603 to MCR100-8

Hi,
all finaly arrived, i change
IC601 1203P60 measured voltage between VCC and GNC 5-10V it oscilating
IC651 L6561 measured voltage between VCC and GNC 1,12V - should be around 11V???
on big capacitor is 320V stable on cables from power board used blue for ground
red 5,5 - 6,5V
yellow 5,5 - 6,5V
green 5,5 - 6,5V
screen is dark also buttons is dark, no any response
any ideas?

2SK3548 is conductive in all combination S G D .... ordered new one! I hope it is this one

Hi on my Dell 2408WFPb iheard just buzing and screen was on but not worked buttons.. controling etc .. i should change KA431 .. but i tryed measure voltage and i connected via my fault pins 3 and 4 on 1203P60 yes i am idiot ... tip ofd my voltmeter slided and booom !!!
fuse T 4A 250V
R613 200R
R615 R22
down ... i changed all, remove 1203P60 and clean mess around from spark ... and when i connect it again ... is fuse and R615 size R22 (220 mOhm) down
