Tv wont turn on Samsung 32" LN32C450E1D
Initially I tried the power button and nothing happened, so i tried renote and the red led will light up when i press the power button on the remote but the screen wont turn on. I checked CM852 and verified I was getting 24 volts. Side note when I unplugged power circuit board from main, the screen did turn on but when other circuit board is connected I can't get it to turn on. -
