Managed to fix the laptop, the issue was the lack of voltage on the 3VSUS_PWRGD line on 67 Pin EC, after fixing this voltage, the laptop started to boot up.

On DC Connector have 19V

on first mosfet (Code SMD: E120AT I think is RQ3E120AT)
Measured the voltage to ground of:

Source (1-2-3) 19V
Gate (4) 12,4V
Drain (5-6-7-8) 19V

on second mosfet (Code SMD: E120AT I think is RQ3E120AT)
Measured the voltage to ground of:

Source (1-2-3) 19V
Gate (4) 12,5V
Drain (5-6-7-8) 19V

I have a problem with Asus X515JA-BQ2634W. The motherboard model is X415JA rev 3.1. The laptop got water-damaged around the EC (IT5125E-128), IO connectors, and the audio area on the opposite side of the PCB. After cleaning up the water damage and reflowing the EC, the laptop started turning on, and everything worked correctly. However, after two days, it suddenly stopped turning on. Hi. I have MSI GL72 6QD with motherboard MS-16J61. The laptop starts up without an image on the screen on the service power supply show 1.3A-1.45A. The motherboard didn't have water damage.
