I have no clue ...I don't have a Voltmeter and I am not too familiar measuring voltage. The thing is that I called SEIKI and I was referred to "ShopJimmy.com" for technical support. Then, ShopJimmy told me to either get help on FixYa.com or here (BadCaps.net) for this type of problem
I have a SEIKI TV model number SE47FY19 and I had no picture but I had sound. I did the "flashlight" test and I could see the menu but I had no backlights. I was told to replace the power supply but still had the same problem. Then, I tried to replace the T-Con Board and still had the same problem. Finally, I replaced the main board but now the TV has the standby light on (red light) but when I hit the Power button or use the remote, the TV does not turn on. Can ANYONE help me please?? Did I buy a faulty main board? Or is it the power supply? I'm really lost here
Hi. I know this thread is old and I'm new to this site and after reading this post I was hoping that anyone could help me. I tried to google as much as I could but I cannot find any help. I even called SEIKI and they told me that they don't offer tech support.
I have a Seiki TV SE47FY19 and I had to replace the main board but I forgot how to plug in the inverter cable with the power supply. I have a cable that has 4 pins (with 3 cables in it) and the power supply board as 6 pins...where should I connect it to?...
